AI chip revenue rose 221% to $16.7B last quarter, yet the stock trades at 19x forward earnings and a 0.35 PEG. Management sees AI revenue near $115B in fiscal 2027 and would raise that outlook if customers secure more land and power. Anthropic is on track to be its largest custom chip customer next year. Broadcom's recent selloff has created an opportunity given its extraordinary growth for a company its size. Q3 revenue reached $29.6B, up 86%, with $13.7B of free cash flow and AI semiconductor revenue of $16.7B, up 221%. Management expects Q4 revenue to grow another 93%, with AI semiconductor revenue reaching $21.7B. x.com 

Broadcom's AI business is smaller and growing slower than Nvidia's networking unit alone, yet Broadcom is valued at $2.269T against Nvidia's $5.201T. Broadcom's Q2 AI semiconductor revenue rose 143% to $10.8B, with Q3 guided to $16.0B, while Nvidia's data-center networking revenue rose 199% to $14.8B. It is likely to reach 20GW and $250-260B, about $30 of 2028 EPS, pointing to $400 and possibly $600 next year. Broadcom's custom-chip share gains should support long-term growth even if AI spending grows more slowly than expected. Custom chips are clearly gaining share and likely to keep doing so. At 10.9 times 2028 earnings using the low end of management's guidance of at least $30 EPS, Broadcom looks very compelling here.
