Take-Two looks like a screaming opportunity at these levels, and with GTA 6 around the corner the stock should pop. x.com
Take-Two is down more than 25% from its all-time highs with GTA VI coming out in two months. x.com
Take-Two is genuinely interesting because GTA VI hype keeps building: creators were even more excited after its 25-minute trailer. As @amitisinvesting notes, streamer clips drew millions of views with nearly all comments expecting a huge game, suggesting growth the Street has not priced in, especially in 2028 EPS estimates. Conviction still falls short of buying. x.com x.com
Beaten-down consumer discretionary names offer good short-term risk-adjusted upside as oil falls and Middle East turmoil eases. The sector is up just 4% this year due to higher oil. Take-Two has pent-up demand for Grand Theft Auto VI in November 2026; Disney should gain from lower gas prices since about half its theme park guests drive; TKO is hurt by fewer Middle East events but helped by the World Cup, where its On Location unit sells hospitality tickets. Pullbacks should stay near 5%. x.com … Show more
Netflix is very underappreciated for the next 3-5 years. Production costs should come down massively, it has market-leading distribution, and dynamic content and gaming expand what it offers. It could also act as a hedge if AI eventually leads to widespread layoffs. x.com
Quality companies heavily focused on AI adoption, such as Uber, Netflix and Meta, should soon be rewarded by the market despite their currently compressed valuations. Their AI investments should expand margins rapidly, while strong moats keep operating efficiency and cash conversion high. x.com
Companies building with AI should have their turn once the rotation into AI hardware finishes. Massive AI data center buildout needs use cases, so a wave of new software solutions should follow and AI will make companies more efficient. Tesla, Lemonade, SoFi, Robinhood, Nvidia, Amazon, Meta, Ondas, Zeta, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, Alphabet, Palantir, ServiceNow and Shopify are examples that should benefit. x.com
Meta Platforms is worth owning because its core business keeps growing 20-30% a year and prints a ton of cash, yet it trades at a teens forward P/E, the cheapest in the Mag 7. The discount is deserved: Metaverse and AI bets have not paid off and it lacks a cloud platform. Still, AI will keep making its ads more efficient, and an overbuilt data center could become a cloud-style offering. Alphabet and Amazon remain preferred, but at $600 and below Meta looks very attractive. x.com x.com
US large-cap equities stay a buy because an uninterrupted AI narrative is strong enough to overcome adverse macro developments. Core inflation in the high 2s or low 3s is not a big risk; stocks, the Fed and a sideways 10-year yield show little concern. As long as AI capex is not slowing, macro remains a dominated risk. A pullback is overdue, but its likelier catalyst is AI-related, such as a megacap like Meta cutting capex or open models reviving ROI questions, which would change the view. x.com … Show more
