CCXI, the only public humanoid proxy, won't stay available near $12 a share for long after Agility Robotics unveiled Digit 5. The robot carries a 50 lb payload, about 40% more than Digit 4, runs 90 minutes on a 9-minute charge for 20+ productive hours a day, and is built to work safely alongside humans without cages. Agility has over $300M in multi-year customer orders and RoboFab capacity of up to 10,000 robots a year. x.com 

Agility Robotics is the first publicly traded pure-play humanoid robotics company, a connection most investors haven't made yet. Figure and 1X are private, and Tesla's Optimus is only one part of a much larger business. Agility's Digit robot is already deployed in warehouses, and the company is backed by Amazon, Nvidia, SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Foxconn. x.com

SEC clearance brings Agility Robotics closer to becoming the preferred publicly traded US humanoid pure play. Its merger registration is effective, and a shareholder vote around November 2 is estimated; the company expects a November close, subject to Churchill XI shareholder approval and customary conditions. Churchill Capital Corp XI, the SPAC merging with Agility Robotics, buys a story at a high multiple, not an easy investment. Agility's Digit humanoid is already deployed at Schaeffler, GXO, Toyota Manufacturing Canada and MercadoLibre, but revenue is undisclosed, opex nearly doubled to $111 million and it burned $102 million in 2025. Unitree's 620% IPO debut gives humanoid robots their first public valuation benchmark, and Churchill Capital Corp XI, merging with Agility Robotics at a $2.5 billion pre-money valuation, offers the American equivalent at a fraction of it. Agility would be the only US-listed pure-play humanoid firm, with Digit deployed at Amazon, GXO, Toyota and Schaeffler and over $300 million in binding orders. Agility Robotics could go parabolic as the only US-listed humanoid pure play, valued at about $2.5B against an expected ~$40B opening for China's Unitree. Unitree's IPO was oversubscribed about 8,000 times, showing how badly retail wants humanoid exposure, and closing that valuation gap would be welcome. With the US-China rivalry, the US will not want to lose this race, which should bring capital into North American robotics. The SPAC merger carries higher risk and higher reward. x.com 

Churchill Capital Corp XI buyers are paying a 60%+ premium for Agility Robotics financials they have never seen. Agility disclosed no revenue, burned about $100M last year, and runs Digit at $10-12 an hour versus the $2-3 its model needs; its $300M order book is not revenue. At about $16, the SPAC implies about $5.4B versus the $2.5B deal. Agility's 65,000+ commercial hours, customers like Amazon and Foxconn-led PIPE are real, but most de-SPACs trade below $10. Agility Robotics, going public via the CCXI SPAC around Q4, is furthest ahead of any Western humanoid maker on technology and commercial traction combined. About 100 Digit robots work across nine sites at Amazon, GXO, Schaeffler, Toyota and MercadoLibre with about 98% accuracy and a claimed 1.1-year payback; Digit v5 orders top $300 million.
