Nokia is mispriced as a legacy telecom company when it also owns one of the few US sites packaging photonic chips for AI data centers. It is scaling that Allentown plant, acquired with Infinera in 2025, 10x by end of Q3 with about $30M of capex plus state aid and a $10M CHIPS tax credit, adding 500+ jobs. Under 2% of advanced test and packaging is in the US and Washington wants more, so owning domestic capacity is strategic. The franchise comes essentially free inside a $20B+ valuation. x.com
