Vishay's 48V AI buildout revenue is now hitting its results. Its Q1 2026 report was a significant beat on both revenue and earnings, sending the stock up 9.1% premarket to $36.69. x.com

Vertiv's surging orders and Q3 growth show AI infrastructure demand exceeding expectations. Per WallStEngine, revenue rose 61% to $4.3B, adjusted EPS rose 78% to $2.21, organic orders grew more than 100%, and FY26 guidance was raised above estimates. Vertiv is delivering into accelerating demand for its power and cooling equipment. x.com x.com
Vishay is a bet on the whole passive and discrete component cycle tightening, and its order books look better than its chart, 52% off its June peak. Five of six segments booked orders above 1.3 times shipments, and capacitor revenue rose 26.7% on volume and pricing. It is a weak direct play on Morgan Stanley's 166% jump in MLCC content per Vera Rubin rack, as its MLCCs skew to high-voltage and auto parts. MOSFETs drag; if book-to-bill falls toward 1, June was the cycle peak. x.com
SK hynix's contracted capacity gives its AI-memory demand case more visibility. It reported an 80% operating margin on ₩104.6 trillion of revenue, with sales more than quadrupling year over year and over half of 2027 and 2028 capacity under long-term contracts. Vertiv's sales grew 61%, orders more than doubled, and it raised full-year guidance again; so far, AI demand is still accelerating. x.com
Vishay Precision Group makes the foil strain gauges that give humanoid robot wrists their sense of touch, and once qualified into a robot or flight design they are hard to swap out. Orders outrun shipments: book-to-bill was 1.14, a seventh straight quarter above 1.0, with a $136M backlog, and Q2 revenue grew 12% at a 39% gross margin with net cash. At 43.6x forward earnings, part of the story is priced in. It fails if the humanoid vendor nomination never becomes a production order. x.com
Vishay Intertechnology combines a huge base breakout with two powerful themes, power semiconductors and robotics, where it is a hidden supplier. The stock broke out of and successfully retested its 26-year base, rising 12% in a day, and it is approaching its dot-com and 2008 highs. x.com
Vishay Precision Group is a pick-and-shovel play on humanoid robots, which need large volumes of strain gages and precision torque sensors where VPG is a global technology leader. It is already in the pre-production supply chains of four humanoid developers, and management expects its robot revenue, $4 million in 2025, to compound 50% a year. Its bulk metal foil resistors are essential to AI chip test equipment and server boards, and Q1 brought record defense resistor orders. x.com
Vicor's vertical power delivery is converting from a technology story into real royalty revenue. Vicor raised Q3 sequential revenue growth guidance again, from 20%+ to 30%+, on higher VPD licensing royalties, its second raise in about nine days. Against Q2 revenue of $143.4M, that implies roughly $186M+ in Q3, and repeated raises suggest AI power architecture demand may be stronger than expected. Q3 earnings should show royalty scale, VPD customer expansion and 2027 growth visibility. x.com
Alpha and Omega Semiconductor's pivot to AI data-center power is gaining traction beneath muted overall revenue. AI-focused power delivery in its advanced computing division grew over 40% year over year and doubled sequentially, and CEO Stephen Chang reports rising demand from hyperscalers and supercomputing operators. High-margin power ICs grew 30% to nearly 40% of product sales. Insider selling and valuation froth may cause volatility, and second-half results need to validate AI growth. x.com
Vicor stands to capture demand for high-density power delivery as power conversion moves closer to the AI processor, with royalties as early optional upside. On September 30 Vicor raised Q3 growth guidance from over 20% to over 30% because VPD royalties beat expectations, as Delta, Eaton, EPC and others showed 800VDC systems and converters with fewer conversion stages. Vicor expects to finish modernizing FAB1 by year-end, expanding capacity for high-density modules, with FAB2 to follow. x.com
Vicor is a way to play AI chips needing more power, through its high-density power delivery for AI GPUs and ASICs. Analysts expect revenue to grow from $453M in 2025 to $1.18B by 2028 and EPS from $2.61 to $8.04, the earnings acceleration a Stage 2 uptrend needs, after a big Stage 1 breakout. Vicor just raised Q3 revenue guidance to over 30% sequential growth. Space plus AI power delivery could make it an interesting long-term story. x.com x.com x.com x.com x.com
