Nvidia grew revenue 106% and guides Q3 to $108B, plus or minus 2%, at 17.5x forward earnings; Micron grew revenue 379% to $54.2B, guides $61.5B next quarter and trades at 5x. AMD is in a relative bubble compared with other semiconductor stocks. Per a quoted post, AMD's $1T market cap is in the same league as Micron's $1.2T even though Micron earns 1,300% more in a single quarter, so AMD needs 14 quarters to earn what Micron makes in one. x.com

Even if revenue grows 35% a year, per Lisa Su's guidance, from $41B to about $185B by 2031, with 25% FCF margins, the $1.07T valuation is about 21x 2031 free cash flow today. Improving earnings and more attractive valuations favor AI infrastructure names Nvidia, Micron, Broadcom and TSMC. Goldman Sachs charts put memory stocks at about 4 times two-year forward earnings versus an 8 times median, and large fabless chip stocks at about 13 times versus 18 times. x.com

AMD's fundamentals are very strong, but about 50x 2028 estimated earnings is a price that cannot be normalized for any company, under an investment philosophy that may be wrong. Low PEG ratios and continuing AI demand make leading AI stocks attractive after rolling corrections. Nvidia is at 0.39x PEG, Amazon 0.64x, Broadcom 0.66x, Micron 0.73x, Oracle 0.59x and TSMC 0.41x. This usually signals at least a local bottom, possibly a major one; midterm-year seasonality helps into year-end. Nvidia, Broadcom and Amazon remain favorites; Micron and TSMC look buyable on dips.
