Solana may already have bottomed as crypto enters an existential crisis, which is usually how bottoms form. More and more people are leaving the space, pivoting to stocks or exiting crypto entirely, and it takes the capitulation of every bull to bottom the market. Solana cannot sustain memecoin hype because greedy teams such as pump.fun damage the sector and drain capital from it. Pump.fun withdraws an average of about $30m a month in earnings to Kraken and dumps it, and if money doesn't circulate, the chain can't either. Solana should trade higher this year as a summer meme season returns, even though it remains one of the weakest altcoins, with a 150-180 target before trading lower again early next year. It must first reclaim the 85-90 area before higher levels come into play. x.com 

Solana's largest corporate holder moving tokens to an exchange is not a good look for SOL. Per a quoted report, Forward Industries, which holds over 7 million SOL, moved 455,784 SOL worth about $32M to Coinbase Prime after a month of inactivity, and Lookonchain estimates its treasury carries about $1.1B in unrealized losses.
