DDC Enterprise trades at a $29M market cap against about $143M of net value: its 2,899 bitcoin are worth $231M against $88M of debt, and it just added more. Underdog crypto stocks are usually the last to rally as risk chasers move beyond the known names, so a clean break above the 50-day moving average on expanding volume could spark a fast move. x.comÂ
Strive's Bitcoin holdings now roughly match its market cap, leaving room for the treasury's value to rise with Bitcoin and further purchases. Its 43,000 BTC are worth about $3.455 billion; at $100,000 per coin, they would be worth $4.3 billion before this week's expected purchases. Holdings are on track for 50,000 by next week or early November and could reach 100,000 by spring 2027. x.comÂ
Bitdeer's mining business may support meaningful value even if Bitcoin stays near $80,000, giving its speculative AI case a second engine. Its cash-contribution chart assumes 15,720 BTC mined annually at $61,051 cash cost per BTC, implying $298M at $80,000 Bitcoin, versus a roughly $2.2B valuation. Making its own SEALMINER rigs gives it more control over technology, costs and expansion. This remains a speculative buy with substantial downside risk. x.com x.comÂ
Strategy's capital allocation raises red flags. Of $290.6M raised by selling shares, $250M went to its USD reserve and only $28.9M to STRC buybacks, which looks like money set aside to day trade Bitcoin and raises questions of misappropriation. Strategy also sold 1,638 BTC to fund preferred dividends and buybacks. Its CEO dismissing Bitcoin's price and the cost-basis metric as not mattering, beyond each shareholder owning some sats, is a poor message for shareholders. x.com x.comÂ
Bit Digital's discount to NAV is not attractive because its exposure to volatile assets like bitcoin cuts both ways. It works while bitcoin is running, and the company also carries heavy dilution. x.comÂ
Strategy's bitcoin flywheel doesn't work in a bear market: below 1x mNAV, issuing stock to buy bitcoin loses money, so it defends the share price instead. It spent $139 million last week and bought zero bitcoin, putting raised money into its own stock, and until mNAV gets back above 1 it can't buy a single coin. @JamesIIIIIII adds that below 1x mNAV the flywheel becomes a treadmill, since the balance-sheet story works only while the market pays a premium for the wrapper. x.com x.comÂ
Metaplanet's Q3 bitcoin sale and buyback revealed a lack of transparency and values misaligned with shareholders', after the Series 10 stock-rights episode. On Aug 12 CEO Simon Gerovich wrote that no bitcoin had been sold; nine days later 10,000 BTC began moving from its published addresses to Coinbase Prime, and the sale was disclosed only on Oct 5. Its shares will likely recover when bitcoin surges, but other companies are better positioned morally, structurally and reputationally. x.com x.comÂ
Strategy's sale of $216 million of Bitcoin to fund dividends exposes its flawed model: it bought Bitcoin above $120,000 and is now selling around $62,000. Per The Kobeissi Letter, Bitcoin fell below $62,000 after the sale was announced. x.comÂ
Strategy runs a Ponzi-like loop: new capital buys bitcoin, which lifts the stock and attracts more capital, while the business makes almost no organic cash flow and collapses without constant raising. It trades at a big premium to NAV, effectively selling $1 of bitcoin for $1.50, lost $12.5B in Q1 2026, and has now sold bitcoin for the first time since 2022 despite Michael Saylor's vow never to sell. Owning bitcoin itself makes more sense than owning Strategy. x.com x.comÂ
Bitcoin is a strong buy while sentiment is at its lowest, because beaten-down assets offer more upside with less risk. Bitcoin needs to rise 100% to reclaim its all-time high and ether 180%, yet after last year's chase toward $200,000 nobody wants them now. The latest crash was triggered by Michael Saylor selling 32 BTC. Bitcoin works as a store of value and ether would underpin asset tokenization, making both portfolio diversifiers. x.com x.com x.comÂ
