At $98,000 Bitcoin, backing rose from $127 to $160 since November 2024, cutting the required net mNAV from 4.3x to 3.4x. A 2.5x premium at $200,000-$250,000 Bitcoin would imply roughly $896-$1,131; 2.5x is plausible at peak euphoria, not expected at $126,000. Bitcoin treasury companies are a much better risk-adjusted play than AI stocks because buying Bitcoin avoids the constant innovation burden of competing businesses. Perpetual debt to own an asset that has already won beats maturing debt taken on to compete. x.com 

Bitcoin treasury companies will and should trade at a discount to NAV, since money in a double-tax structure has no reason to trade at a premium to money. Participants are harvesting the premium against each other in a zero-sum game until it flips to a discount, in bull or bear markets. Since tracking began, bitcoin rose 4.9% and Strive's bitcoin holdings 4.7%, yet Strive shares fell 14.8%, leaving bitcoin 19.7% ahead. x.com  x.com 

Strive's common ATM can lift long-run returns by funding bitcoin purchases at a share premium. Bitcoin is historically cheap; stacking in a bear market or before the bull market begins drives the biggest gains later. But too much weekly issuance can blunt upside, exhaust investors and cap mNAV expansion; share scarcity matters. The ATM is crucial, but caution is preferable. The $350T fixed-income market dwarfs today's $20B digital-credit market. Digital credit will become a multi-trillion-dollar industry within a decade, with multiple new issuers offering preferreds like Strategy's STRC and Strive's SATA in 3-5 years. Bitcoin treasury companies can raise billions and destroy shareholder value while their executives still get paid. Mallers received over $2.6M in cash equivalent, per SEC filings, for a -92% shareholder return in one year before resigning, not counting options he still holds. x.com 

Strive's bitcoin treasury is scaling at a striking pace. It bought 6,182 BTC in a week to reach 43,000, up 17%; holdings are up 54% less than a month into the quarter and 5.6 times since the start of the year. Strategy is buying Bitcoin high and selling it low, which is not a winning strategy. Michael Saylor says Strategy sold 3,588 BTC for $216M to fund dividends on its Digital Credit securities, leaving 843,775 BTC and $2.55B in USD reserves. x.com 

Strive's Bitcoin holdings now roughly match its market cap, leaving room for the treasury's value to rise with Bitcoin and further purchases. Its 43,000 BTC are worth about $3.455 billion; at $100,000 per coin, they would be worth $4.3 billion before this week's expected purchases.
