ETH beats the dollar in a bull cycle because its supply barely grows while its price can re-rate with usage, staking demand and risk appetite. Net ETH issuance runs about 0.2-0.9% a year after the Merge cut it about 90%, against roughly 5.4% M2 growth and 3.4% CPI. In a risk-off year the dollar wins on stability, but in a bull tape the slower-printing, higher-beta asset should outperform; that is not a claim that ETH is safer. x.com
