It trades at 15x NTM EBITDA and 28x NTM EPS, with EBITDA expected to grow at a 12% CAGR and EPS at 19% over the next 2-3 years. Airbnb is finally getting respect for one of the largest moats around. It is founder-led and innovating, buys back 2-3% of its float a year with a very high free-cash-flow margin, and shows consistent growth across all key and emerging markets. x.comÂ
Microsoft is expensive on cash flow even though its 19-22x forward P/E looks like a 40% discount to its 10-year average. Its 2.0% forward free-cash-flow yield sits below the 3.3% 10-year median, and at this point in the cycle earnings multiples mislead while free cash flow is what the market actually prices. x.comÂ
Booking Holdings is a great business at a nice discount and one of the best ways to play an end to the war and the reopening of the Middle East, as @vijaythirumalai argues. It is a best-in-class asset-light travel business trading at about 16x earnings with roughly 15% EPS growth and a near-10% free cash flow yield, with limited AI disruption risk, unlike Uber with autonomy.
