Generac's long-term deal to supply backup generators for Amazon's data centers makes it a strategic long-term play as more power capacity is needed. Generac Holdings is quietly becoming a key AI infrastructure bottleneck, because every hyperscale AI campus needs backup power from day one and the supply of large megawatt generators remains extremely tight. Data-center backup demand is exploding, Generac has a data-center backlog above $700 million, and EPS is expected to grow from $3.24 over the last twelve months to $13.69 by fiscal 2028. x.com

Amazon signed a seven-year backup-generator deal with Generac worth up to $8 billion, with about $2.4 billion slated for delivery in 2027-28, giving Generac high revenue visibility. Gigawatt-scale AI campuses need extreme reliability, since an outage can wreck cluster efficiency, and grid connection can take 5-7 years in core regions, making backup power central to datacenter reliability. x.com

Power Solutions International's weak first half looks like a timing air pocket, not a deteriorating data center opportunity. Import data suggest it received about 20 large Weichai engines in August, multiples of its January-July total, consistent with management's view that 2H revenue will exceed 1H. At 1H margins, 2H EPS could be about $2, or $4 annualized, only 10-12x earnings. The Generac-Amazon deal validates the platform of Weichai, ~46% owner of PSIX, with US data center buyers. x.com 

Power Solutions International's large gas and diesel gensets for prime power are a big opportunity that is not priced in. Results improved after a disastrous Q1, though gross-margin guidance of 25% is below historical levels and management could not explain the gap versus Generac. x.com 

Electrovaya gains new growth verticals through a commercial agreement with Amazon. The deal supports continued use of its Infinity battery technology in Amazon's material handling and potential expansion into robotics and energy storage, areas where Amazon has heavy demand. Amazon receives warrants for up to 13.88 million shares that fully vest with $280 million of cumulative purchases. Its solid-state battery technology and moves into energy storage and defense are major growth catalysts. x.com 

Amazon is a generational buy at $250 because AWS alone could be worth far more than the whole company today. AWS is projected to reach $600B in annual recurring revenue by 2036, and at 40% margins and a 30x multiple that implies a $7.2T valuation, nearly 200% above Amazon's current market cap. The rest of Amazon is effectively free upside, and AWS alone could beat the S&P 500. x.com
